1. Introduction
1.1 Brief background on the company
Founded in 2010, Glamora is dedicated to the creation of customised wallcoverings inspired by art, design and nature, made from natural or sustainable materials of the highest quality.
The headquarters are located in Sassuolo, in the heart of one of Italy’s most important districts for surface culture. The company now has over thirty employees, with an average age of 35, coming from different backgrounds but united by a common vision: to give shape to a contemporary and poetic idea of wallcovering.
Since 2018, the company’s showroom at 27 Via Solferino in Milan has been the ultimate expression of the brand’s identity: a space designed to inspire and encourage encounters with architects, designers and clients, where aesthetics and innovation come together in an immersive experience.
Over the years, Glamora has contributed to internationally prestigious projects, including the Armani Tower in Miami, the Bulgari Penthouse in Dubai, the Mandarin Oriental on Lake Como, the Google headquarters in New York and the offices of Amazon, JP Morgan and Tripadvisor.
An internationally recognised path of excellence, with awards and mentions such as the Compasso d’Oro ADI – Honourable Mention and the German Design Award, testifying to the quality of an approach in which design and poetics meet.
Alongside its commitment to design, Glamora supports culture and social responsibility: it is a Golden Donor of FAI (Fondo per l’Ambiente Italiano) and Impresa Amica dell’UNICEF, confirming a corporate vision based on beauty, ethics and care for the future.
1.2 The Code of Ethics: meaning and purpose
The principles and values that characterise Glamora’s culture and business model find their natural synthesis in this Code of Ethics.
The Code of Ethics represents a guideline that must guide the behaviour and actions of all stakeholders, i.e. all the stakeholders who in various ways contribute to the realisation of the Company’s objectives and who in their daily conduct are called upon to conform to the principles enshrined in the Code of Ethics.
It is delivered to all recipients, distributed to each new employee and made available in hard copy and electronic format. It can also be consulted on our website, on the dedicated page.
Each Recipient is entrusted with the precious responsibility of giving life, through daily gestures, to the principles enshrined in these pages. We trust that, thanks to your commitment and your sensitivity, these values may become a living heritage, capable of enriching our work and making Glamora a place where work becomes an expression of beauty, dignity and mutual respect.
1.3 Target audience and applicability
The Addressees are all those to whom the rules of this Code of Ethics apply. This definition includes the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), all employees and all those who, directly or indirectly, on a continuous or occasional basis, establish relations and relationships with Glamora, contributing to the realisation of its objectives, in every country in which it operates.
Glamora’s activities are based on general principles of legality, honesty, integrity, transparency, impartiality, fairness, diligence, professionalism, efficiency and good faith. In this spirit, all corporate transactions, including those with associated companies, must comply with criteria of substantive and procedural fairness, according to clear and shared rules of conduct.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in defining the vision and objectives of the company, is inspired by the principles contained in the Code of Ethics. Managers have the task of translating these values into concrete actions, taking responsibility for strengthening trust, cohesion and a sense of belonging within the company.
All employees, in compliance with current regulations, must conform their actions and conduct to the principles enshrined in this document, operating with rectitude, transparency and clarity. Every activity, transaction and decision must be conducted with the utmost managerial integrity, guaranteeing the completeness and truthfulness of information, formal and substantive legitimacy, as well as the accuracy of accounting records, in compliance with laws and internal procedures.
Each Addressee is required to be familiar with the Code of Ethics, to actively contribute to its application and to report any criticalities to the relevant function, such as the Human Resources Manager (HR Manager) or the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In the pursuit of these values, any employee who becomes aware of situations that may constitute an actual or potential breach of the Code of Ethics is required to promptly notify one of the relevant bodies.

2.2. Vision
In the world of high-end furniture, Glamora aspires to be one of the most appreciated and desired brands for those seeking poetic, elegant and timeless design solutions.
2.3. Mission
Glamora is committed to creating wallcovering collections with a strong stylistic and cultural value, capable of responding to the new demands of living, both in the residential and contract sectors, with the premise of working in synergy with all the main stakeholders.
2.4. Glamora Ethos
Ethics
Glamora promotes a culture based on the principles of integrity, fairness, impartiality, professionalism, collaboration, loyalty, transparency and mutual respect. The company is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of employees, suppliers, customers, visitors, consultants and anyone who comes into contact with the company.
We promote respect for the physical and cultural integrity of the individual, protecting their freedom of expression in relations with others and ensuring working conditions that respect human dignity.
For our team, we take concrete initiatives to improve the quality of working life, such as a company canteen, training courses and spaces designed to offer a high level of comfort.
Likewise, we are committed to respecting and protecting the environment, pursuing a balance between economic, social and environmental initiatives, in the knowledge that sustainability is an integral part of our corporate responsibility.
Poetics
By Poetics, we mean the art of giving form to objects or gestures that move without fuss, leaving a delicate but lasting trace in those who receive them.
It is a refined intention, never intrusive, which manifests itself in discretion, care and elegance.
In Glamora, poetics is also a code of behaviour, an inspiration that guides the way we create and relate to the world:
Being ambassadors of beauty and culture
Listening attentively
Taking care of every detail
Acting with kindness and professionalism
Creating value
For Glamora, poetics is a silent harmony, a form of authentic beauty that welcomes, enriches and inspires.
Italian Heritage
Being Italian is not just a geographic belonging, it is a deep heritage, a cultural breath that accompanies every gesture, every creative intuition. From childhood, we grow up surrounded by art, architecture, fashion and design, immersed in a landscape that is itself a work of art. This gives us a unique aptitude: the ability to recognise harmony, to shape beauty naturally, to combine aesthetics and substance in perfect balance.
At Glamora, being Italian is a privilege and a responsibility. It is the awareness of carrying on a tradition of excellence, of transforming the material into something poetic and timeless. It is the rigour of those who pursue perfection without ostentation, the refinement that is expressed in the attention to detail, the constant search for a subtle and sophisticated harmony.
Our culture teaches us that beauty is never an end in itself, but a universal language, a mark that spans time, leaving a delicate but indelible imprint. That is why each of our creations is born with the ambition of being more than just a piece of furniture: we want it to be an experience, a fragment of that all-Italian poetry that has inspired the world for centuries.
Creativity
At Glamora, creativity is at the heart of every process, the thread that weaves aesthetic sensitivity and technical expertise, transforming basic materials into valuable surfaces through continuous research on a cultural, stylistic and communicative level.
It is not an isolated act, but a collective ritual that goes through every stage of the work: from the birth of an idea to its evolution and final realisation. Each department contributes to shaping creativity, amplifying it through a constant dialogue between design, manufacturing and innovation.
Thus, at Glamora, creativity is not just inspiration, but a shared practice, a dynamic balance between imagination and knowledge that is renewed every day.
Excellence
At Glamora, quality is a vocation, a constant commitment rooted in the philosophy of ‘Made in Italy’ and the craftsmanship excellence of our territory. Each creation is born from the synthesis of innovation and tradition, with a relentless pursuit of creativity, exclusivity and perfection in execution.
We are aware that it is precisely the attention to detail that makes the difference between good and excellent. That is why we rigorously select the best raw materials and pay the utmost attention to the precision of execution, so that each product not only meets the highest quality standards, but also encapsulates an authentic and distinctive soul.
Culture
At Glamora, culture is the beating heart of creativity. Each collection is born from the encounter between art, design and style, because our customers do not seek simple surfaces, but spaces that speak about them, that reflect their identity, aesthetic sensitivity and cultural heritage.
We believe in the role of the company not only as a creator of economic value, but also as a cultural agent that learns, interprets and disseminates culture.
Therefore, curiosity and continuous learning are our driving force. We explore different eras, disciplines and languages, interweaving influences and suggestions to create a rich and layered imagery. It is from this sap that we draw to transform each project into a visual experience that excites, inspires and tells stories of beauty and authenticity.
We believe that the company can be a living space for cultural growth where ideas and content are developed and transmitted.
Indeed, a company is an integral part of the context in which it operates and has a responsibility to promote values, stimulate dialogue and foster the cultural evolution of the communities with which it interacts.
With this in mind, we consider it important to use our communication channels, social and institutional, as tools to disseminate cultural content, promote universal values and share knowledge in an open, accessible and engaging manner.
